That 10 litters of milk are needed to produce 1kg of yellow cheese?

That Yellow cheese is the second most eaten cheese in Brazil?

The “plate cheese” is a Brazilian cheese, developed by Danishes that immigrated to Brazil, in the 1920s.
They made a cylindrical and flat cheese in a shape of a plate in the dairy plants where the worked at in the south of Minas Gerais.
The inspectors form the Agriculture Department named it plate cheese. The name was kept, even after the plate cheese got its final shape (a rectangular block) that became the ideal shape for slicing.
