A mixture of proper cheese melted with White wine on over low heat is the synthesis of a "fondue".

Tirolez offers a ready "fondue" with the trademark "Gerber", prepared with Emental e Gruyère cheese, Semillon wine and Kirsh (cherry liquor). All you have to do is heat it and the fondue is ready to be tasted.
The fondue ready paste is also used in many cookery receipts, such as, for example: Soufflés, Pies, Gratiné Potatoes, Malakoffs, Sauces, etc.

Ingredients

Plate cheese, gruyère cheese, butter, powder skim milk, half dry White wine, cognaq-brandy, stabilizer citrato trissódico dihidratado, salt, acidulant citric acid, liquid prepared condiment gruyère cheese, thickener goma guar and prepared condiment for powder garlic.
