Tirolez operates with four plants, one of them
located in the state of São Paulo and the others, in the state of
Minas Gerais.
All of them have milk basin that offer integral
milk of cow, granulated and with quality rigorously controlled.
They offer milk cows that are fed with natural
pasture, which is a very important aspect for the manufacture of
cheese with open paste (with little holes distributed all over the
cheese paste).
The plants operate according to the parameters of
the Manufacture Good Practices Program, and they are able to export
the products.
